• Donchoo will only accept returned products that are shipped back to Donchoo within 7 days from the delivery date of your order.

• Make sure all returned products are exactly as you received them, with the identification tag still attached. Donchoo will not accept returns for any items that have been worn.

• The original price paid for the product(s) will be credited. Transportation costs will not be credited. If Donchoo sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective, Donchoo will reimburse the shipment costs.

• Donchoo highly recommends using trackable mail or delivery confirmation. Without this, lost packages will not be refunded.

• " Your account will be credited within 5 working days, please note that depending on the payment processing duration at your bank the creditation might take some additional days
